Shipping, Refund & Returns

All the orders are shipped within 3 business days.  That does not include Saturday and Sunday. So if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday/Tuesday depending upon the orders in the pipeline.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • We use Fedex as out preferred courier service provider.
  • All the small orders (less than 500gms) are shipped via Air which takes 1-2 days for delivery. All big orders (more than 500gms) are shipped via surface which takes around 3-5 days.
  • When your order is picked up, you will receive email from fedex with the tracking details.
  • There are no pick-ups on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Once the order is shipped, we have no control over your parcel. Its totally in Fedex’s hand to deliver as per their speed.  We can not expedite it nor we can get it delivered on a particular date or time.

We do not accept returns or changes once the order is placed on the website. If the box returns to us for any reason, you will be charged shipping cost again to re-ship the box.

In case any bottle leaks or we missed any flavour in the order, we will refund you for the missing item.
